At Stitch (by Code Media Labs), we recognize that your manufacturing data—your recipes, BOMs, and customer lists—are your most valuable assets. This policy details our strict commitment to confidentiality and data security.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two types of information to provide our ERP services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company details provided during registration.
- Operational Data: Data you input into the system, including Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory levels, production schedules, vendor details, and customer orders.
2. Use of Manufacturing Data
Your Operational Data is used strictly for the purpose of providing the Stitch service to you. We do not sell, share, or analyze your production data for marketing purposes.
We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., "system load at 2 PM") to optimize platform performance.
3. Data Security & Retention
We employ industry-standard security measures, including:
- Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS/SSL protocols.
- Access Control: Strict role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized personnel within your organization can access sensitive modules.
- Backups: Regular automated backups to prevent data loss.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for specific infrastructure needs:
- Firebase (Google): For secure authentication and identity management.
- Vercel / AWS: For cloud hosting and serverless compute.
- PostgreSQL Provider: For managed database services.
5. User Rights
You retain full ownership of your data. You have the right to:
- Export: Request a full export of your data in standard formats (CSV/JSON).
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data upon contract termination.
