Welcome to Stitch. By accessing our platform, you agree to form a binding legal contract with Code Media Labs. Please read these terms carefully.
1. License to Use
Code Media Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Stitch ERP platform for your internal business operations. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the platform for illegal activities or to store prohibited content.
2. Service Availability & SLA
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. In the event of a critical failure (e.g., data loss), our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the system (e.g., inventory counts).
- Managing the access rights of your staff members via the platform's role management tools.
4. Customization & Intellectual Property
Stitch provides standard ERP functionality. Any custom features developed specifically for your organization remain the intellectual property of Code Media Labs unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA).
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will have 30 days to request a data export.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
